When will the shop open?

Where will you sell your products?

We are planning to sell our products worldwide.

Licenses

How many computers can I have on a license?

You can install our products on 3 different computers.

Can I transfer a license?

If you'd like to transfer a license, please contact us and let us know the name and email address of the person you'd like to transfer to.

I didn't receive or I lost my license key.

We send you the license key via email after checkout. Please check your SPAM folder. If you need your license key to be sent again, please contact us.

Technical

I can't find the plugin in my DAW.

Once you run the installer, please restart your DAW, and check that your VST folder is enabled in your DAW preferences. The plugin will appear under the Minuit folder.
