What type of payment method can I use?

Can I have a refund?
If you're unhappy with your purchase, please contact us and explain why you'd like a refund. We offer a 30 day free trial so please make sure you check it out before purchasing!
Licenses
How many computers can I have on a license?
You can install our products on 3 different computers.
Can I transfer a license?
If you'd like to transfer a license, please contact us and let us know the name and email address of the person you'd like to transfer to.
I didn't receive or I lost my license key.
Your license and download links are stored in your user account. If you're having trouble logging in or resetting your password, please contact us .

I can't find the plugin in my DAW.
Once you run the installer, please restart your DAW, and check that your system VST folder is enabled in your DAW preferences. The plugin will appear under the Minuit organisation.
My samples won't load due to a permissions error.
Check the permissions on your samples folder and ensure that your user account has access to it. You may need to adjust the folder permissions or run your DAW as an administrator. If the folder doesn't exist please create it. For a list of important paths please look at the file paths in the docs.
