Minuit is committed to protecting your privacy. This Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our website and Solstice software. We only collect what’s necessary to provide licenses, support you, and improve our services. Payments are processed by Paddle; we never store card details. We never sell your data.

We collect basic account details, purchase records, communications, and device identifiers needed for license activation. We use this data to provide services, support you, improve our products, send important updates, and comply with legal obligations.
Legal Basis
We process your data where necessary to perform a contract, for our legitimate interests (such as support and improvement), where you give consent (e.g. marketing, telemetry), or to comply with law.
Sharing
We share data only with Paddle (our payment processor), Supabase (our database provider), Resend (our newsletter tool), trusted service providers under strict confidentiality, or where required by law. We do not sell or trade your information.
Retention & Security
We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes described, and we apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to keep it secure.
Your Rights

Other Points
Data may be transferred outside the UK/EEA with appropriate safeguards. We do not knowingly collect data from under-16s. We may update this Policy and will notify you of material changes.
