EULA
Upon purchase of any product by Minuit, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install the product and use it on up to three (3) devices owned by you.
You may request to transfer your license to another person by contacting us directly. We reserve the right to approve or decline any license transfer at our sole discretion. Refund requests may also be submitted by contacting us directly. All refunds are granted at our sole discretion.
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any of our products.
- Modify, copy, distribute, or publicly share our products or any part of it without our consent.
- Make our products or your product license key available on any public or private network, file sharing service, peer-to-peer network, or similar service without our written consent.
Minuit's products are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. This agreement does not give you any ownership rights in our products, only permission to use it as described.
We may provide updates or improvements to our products at our discretion. This agreement does not entitle you to future updates unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.
Minuit is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, including data loss or system issues, resulting from the use of our products.
